How To Install A Screamin Eagle Heavy Breather

Install the breather bolts through the air cleaner backplate. Re-install O-ring seals onto each breather bolt. Install a washer (3) from the kit on each breather bolt. Apply Loctite 243 to the breather bolts and align holes in the backplate with the holes in the cylinder heads and install the breather bolts. Heavy Breather kit by Screamin' Eagle. The heavy breather air cleaner kit mount (#28716-10) went on without a hitch, then it came time to install the twisted slot chrome cover (#28742-10). That took longer than the first two stages put together - uninstall the old breather, and install the mounting kit.
